At DrPurple, we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the information you need about our shipping options and delivery times.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Europe): 5-10 business days. Free on orders over EUR 50.

Express Shipping (Europe): 2-4 business days.

International Shipping: 7-14 business days depending on destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over EUR 50.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier website.

Customs and Import Duties

Lost or Damaged Packages
