Return and Refund Policy

At DrPurple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@drpurple.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened whitening gel syringes and used mouth trays cannot be returned. LED devices in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days.
